Here, we used speicosa analyses coupled with ecological niche modelling ENMspatially explicit quantile regression analyses and the multiple matrix regression with randomization MMRR approach to unravel the patterns of genetic differentiation in the widely distributed Neotropical savanna tree, Hancornia speciosa Apocynaceae.
